SPRIG STUDIO
A practical checklist before publishing product promotion images
A finished image can still contain the wrong price or photo. Use this checklist before scheduling your next small-shop campaign.
1. Check the product, not just the design
Compare each preview with your product sheet. Read the SKU, product name, scent or finish, current price, original price and promotion label. Prices are display text: Sprig Studio does not verify discounts against your store or update your checkout prices.
For example, a candle called “Cedar / 8 oz” should not use the photo or price for “Cedar / 12 oz”. Similar product names deserve an extra check.
2. Review every canvas size you selected
A title that looks comfortable in a square layout may feel different in a story. Preview square (1080 × 1080), portrait (1080 × 1350) and story (1080 × 1920) separately. Check small text, long names and logo spacing. These are canvas sizes, not a guarantee that every social placement accepts the same layout.
3. Check the export count
Count selected products × selected sizes. Three products in three sizes use nine image credits. Previewing is free. Generating a new version uses credits; downloading an existing ZIP does not.
4. Open the downloaded files
Unzip the campaign and inspect the finished images. For a teammate, export the review pack, unzip it and open its HTML page locally. Keep the product details beside the images while checking. The review pack is an offline handoff, not a live approval service.
5. Keep what you need for the next update
Save your campaign ZIP, campaign version and brand recipe in one local folder. Uploaded and generated files expire after 24 hours. A saved campaign version lets you compare the next product sheet by SKU; a saved recipe lets you reuse design settings.
