Terms and billing policy
Effective October 10, 2026. By using Sprig Studio, you agree to these terms. The operator is 杭州耘擎科技有限公司 (Hangzhou Yunqing Technology Co., Ltd.).
Your content and responsibility
You keep ownership of your uploaded content and generated assets, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service. Use only images, logos and text you have the right to use. Check prices, discounts, text and platform requirements before publishing.
Free plan
Each account receives 9 successful image exports. Availability and features may change. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass limits. Keep copies of your files: uploaded and generated files expire after 24 hours.
Billing and cancellation
The monthly plan is $12 USD with 1,000 image credits per paid month. Before subscribing, checkout shows the price, automatic renewal and cancellation terms before you approve PayPal. Credits expire one calendar month after payment. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves paid credits available until expiry unless refunded.
Refund support
For a billing error, duplicate charge or unusable service, contact support with your subscription or transaction reference. Refund requests will be reviewed individually; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Refunded or reversed transactions revoke unused associated credits. Partial refunds also freeze that payment's unused credits pending support review.
Account recovery and support
Save the recovery code shown at registration. Email-based password reset is not available in this version. Keep the code private. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of sales results or uninterrupted operation.
